Vehicle damage claim will only be reviewed if sent to Sundance within 24 hours of incident.
Vehicle damage claim will be reviewed by Sundance within 5-7 business days of receiving claim.
Submitting a vehicle damage claim does not in any way guarantee reimbursement or repairs by Sundance Car Wash. Coverage of damage is dependent on a full investigation by Sundance and includes but is not limited to: review of video surveillance footage, assessment of property, in-person interview.
If it is determined that damage was caused by customer inattention, error or was a pre-existing vehicle condition, damage claim will be denied. If it is found that customer caused damage to Sundance property due to their inattention or error, Sundance may contact the police and customer's auto insurance to submit a property damage claim.
