Claim Requirements
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident
Claims will be reviewed within 5–7 business days of submission
Submitting a claim does not guarantee reimbursement or repairs
Claim Review Process
All claims are thoroughly reviewed through a full investigation. This process may include:
Video surveillance review
Property and equipment assessment
Follow-up communication as needed
Claims will be denied if the damage is unrelated to our equipment or services, including but not limited to:
Pre-existing vehicle damage
Failure to follow posted on-site instructions
Approved Claims
Once a claim is approved:
Repairs must be completed within 30 days
Repairs must follow the authorized scope of work
Claims with no completed repairs or follow-up within this timeframe will be closed
