If you’re having trouble starting a washer or dryer, here are a couple of things to check:
- Insufficient Funds: Please ensure your laundry card has enough value to cover the cost of the machine you want to use. You can check your card balance at the on-site card station.
- Door Unlatched: Double-check that the door is completely latched before selecting your cycle.
- Card Not Read: Make sure to place your card on the card reader and wait for it to recognize the card and deduct the funds before selecting your preferred wash or dry cycle.
